These Terms govern AgentAutomators websites, accounts, automation services, software tools, and project work supplied by Go consultantation, LLC.
Accounts and lawful use
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use services only for lawful business purposes. Deception, abuse, unauthorized access, infringement, malware, and unlawful or unsolicited messaging are prohibited.
Project services
A written proposal or order defines deliverables, assumptions, client responsibilities, schedule, price, revision allowance, acceptance criteria, and support period. Work outside the approved scope may require a new quote or change order.
Payments
Prices, currency, milestones, and due dates are shown before payment. External software, data, hosting, domains, and API costs are excluded unless listed. Payments apply to the identified project or invoice and are not a deposit account or stored-value product.
Client responsibilities
Clients must have permission to provide data and connect third-party accounts. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, marketing claims, outreach recipients, consent obligations, and legal compliance.
Intellectual property
Each proposal states ownership and license terms. Pre-existing tools, open-source components, third-party services, and reusable know-how remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.
Availability and liability
Third-party services can change, fail, or impose limits. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential losses are excluded. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
