Before work begins
A customer may request cancellation before project work begins. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After work begins
After discovery, configuration, development, data processing, API use, or another agreed activity begins, completed work and non-recoverable commitments are not refundable. A proposal may define milestone-specific cancellation and acceptance terms.
Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Contact us promptly if a payment appears duplicated or unauthorized so we can investigate and help secure the account.
How to request a refund
Email support@agentautomators.com with your name, account email, invoice or order number, payment date, and reason. Payment providers and banks control final processing time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
